 Hyderabad and Certificate of Commencement of Business was received on
 22nd August, 1994. The Company has been promoted by Smt.K.Chitra and
 Shri. K. Varadarajan.
 
 PRESENT BUSINESS
 
 The Company is presently engaged in the business of Investment
 Banking, mainly in Primary & Secondary markets.

 dematerialisation.
