COMPANY, MANAGEMENT, PROMOTERS AND PROJECT INFORMATION
 The company was incorporated as MARG CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED on 16th
 December 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956 and obtained the
 certificate of commencement of business on 28th December 1994 with
 the principal objective of construction and sale of residential,
 commercial, resorts
 and farm houses considering the growing demand in this sector.  The
 company has been promoted by Mr. G R Reddy who has more than 35 years
 of experience in the construction industry and Mr. G R K Reddy an
 investment banker with 10 years of exposure in the capital and money
 markets.
 
 THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY AS SET OUT IN THE
 MEMORANDUM ARE AS UNDER
 1. To carry on the business of builders and contractors and
 construction of residential flats, colonies office buildings,
 commercial and Multistoreyed Complexes, prefabricated and precost
 houses and to acquire by purchase, lease, exchange, or otherwise,
 land, buildings and hereditaments of any tenure or description and
 any estate or interest therein and any rights over or connected with
 land, and to turn the same to account as may been expedient, and in
 particular by preparing building sites, and by constructing,
 reconstructing, altering, improving, repairing, decorating,
 furnishing and maintaining, offices
 flats, houses, factories, warehouses, shops, wharves, buildings,
 works and conveniences of all kinds and by consolidating or
 connecting or sub dividing properties and by leasing and disposing of
 the same.
  
 2. To carry on the business of dealers in real estates and to manage
 lands, buildings, and other properties whether belonging to the
 company or not, and to collect rents and income, and to supply to
 tenants and occupiers, and others, refreshments, attendants,
 messengers, light, waiting rooms, reading rooms, meting rooms,
 lavatories, laundry
 conveniences, Electric Conveniences and other advantages.
 
 3. To purchase for investment or resale, and to traffic in land and
 houses and other properties of any tenure and any interest therein,
 and to create, sell, and deal in freehold and leasehold ground rents,
 and to make advances upon the security of lands or house, or other
 property or any interest therein, and generally to deal in, traffic
 by way
 of sale, lease, exchange, or otherwise with and house property and
 any other Property whether real or personal.

 Marg Constructions Ltd has informed that the Name of the Company has
 been changed to MARG LTD with effect from December 17, 2007.
