Manraj Housing Finance Ltd. was incorporated on 11th January, 1990 as
 a Pvt Ltd Company.  It was subsequently converted to Public Ltd
 Company on 9th February 1994 by passing a special resolution in the
 Extra Ordinary General meeting held on 9th February, 1994 and fresh
 certificate of
 incorporation for change of name to its present one was issued on 5th
 May 1994 by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay.  The
 company since inception has been engaged in the activity of lending
 funds, to individuals and association of persons, for purchase of
 house and
 immovable property in and around Jalgaon.
