 Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat on 14th March, 1995. The company
 obtained certificate for commencement of Business on 23rd March
 1995.
 
 The company has been promoted by Shri Atul Manukhbhai Shah. The main
 objects of the company is to carry on the business as Exporters,
 Importers, Distributors, Commission agents etc.
 
 The company is planning to carry on activity as a merchant exporter
 by sourcing items from reputed domestic manufactures and suppliers.
 Initially the thrust will be on exports of Germs/Jewelry, Food
 Products, Chemicals, Engineering Goods etc. Being Merchant Export
 Activity, no technology is involved.
 
 The company is a member of MANGALYA group of companies. MANGALYA
 SOFT-TECH LTD, a member company of MANGALYA GROUP OF COMPANIES has
 been engaged in design, development and implementation of computer
 software systems for banks. Finance and insurance companies,
 corporates etc. The company has recently completed successfully its
 public issue, which was oversubscribed by more than four times.
 ANOTHER group company, Mansukhbhai Financial Services Ltd, has been
 incorporated on 24.10.94. It has been engaged in financial services
 and is a corporate member of Ahmedabad stock Exchange. The company
 has also obtained the registration under Broker Category at the
 office of the Securities and Exchange Board Of India, Bombay.
 
 2001 - As a part of its diversification plan, the company recently
 signed a memorandum of 
             understanding for entering into a partnership with a US
 firm to set up an outbound call 
             centre at the its facilities at Ahmedabad.
