1991 - Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd.  was incorporated for manufacturing of
 synthetic rubber coated, cotton printing blankets and also air cells
 and hydraulic seals.
 
 2007 - The comapny had planed to raise a sum of about Rs 25 crore for
 its ongoing expansion project, by way of rights issue of equity shares
 and debt.
 
 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:4.
 
 2008 - The board of the company had allotted 12,00,000 warrants
 convertible in to equity share of Rs 10 each at price of Rs 79 per
 warrant on preferential basis.
 
  
 - The company  had announced the merger of a group flagship company
 Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills Pvt. Ltd. with itself.

 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1.
