Ladderup Finance Limited was incorporated on 1st October,  1993 as a
 Private Limited Company under the name and style  Ladderup Advisory
 Financials Private Limited with the  Registrar of Companies,
 Maharashtra at Bombay to carry on  activities of Financial Advisory
 Services and other related  activities.  The Company was converted
 into a Public Limited  Company in November, 1994 and a fresh
 certificate of incorporation was obtained on 25th November, 1994.
 
 
 2005
 
 - The Company appointed Mr. Rajesh Murarka and Mr. Saurabh Agarwal as
 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
 respectively of the Company.
 
 
 2008
 
 - Shri. Parimal Sheth has been appointed Chief Executive Offlcer
 (CEO) and Shri. Rajesh Murarka has been appointed as Chief Financial
 Officer (CFO) of the Company.
