YEAR                       EVENTS
 1990 - The company was incorporated on 26th December and was promoted
 by
        Motilal Kothari along with Pramod Kothari, Dr. H.C. Bhandari
 and
        N. Kothari.  The main object of the company is to Manufacture
        yeast and its derivatives.
 
      - The company undertook to set up a plant for manufacture of
 55,200
        tpa of yeasts and its derivatives.  Land admeasuring 8.75
 acres
        as acquired at village Rajarampur, Dist. Bulandshahr, U.P.
        Technology was developed indigenously.
 
 1995 - 9,99,310 No. of equity shares of Rs. 10 each issued,
 subscribed
        and paid up.  43,00,690 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each
 were
        issued at par in October 1992 of which 10,00,690 shares and
        10,00,000 shares reserved for allotment on a firm basis to
 Indian
        promoters, directors and NRIs on repatration basis
 respectively. 
        Of the remaining 1,15,000 shares reserved for allotment on a
        preferential basis to employees.  Balance 21,85,000 shares
 were
        issued to the public.  Additional 7,95,000 shares were
 allotted
        to retain oversubscription.
