1994 - Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd, a Chandigarh-based
 production house was incorporated on 11th October 1994 by a group of
 professionals.
 
 2003 - During 2003, the board of the company had decided to establish
 facilities for production of advertisements, TV programmes, music
 programmes and certain other entertainment related activities.
 
 2007 - The members of the extra ordinary general meeting held on 30th
 August 2007, had authorized the board of the company to offer, issue
 and allot up to 8,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each on private
 placement basis to persons resident outside India, by way of Global
 Depository Receipts, American Depository Receipts or Foreign Currency
 Convertible Bonds.
 
 2008 - Board of directors of Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd.
 had approved on 7th January 2008 a proposal to takeover Tagore
 Theatres (valuing approximately Rs 1,000 million), a multiplex.
 
 - Board of the company had approved on 4th February 2008, the
 Investment the subsidiary companies to the extent of Rs 50 crores.
