2003 -Allotment of equity shares to former employees and directors.
 
 -KLK Electrical Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of
 Directors at their meeting held on December 27, 2003 have considered
 and approved the allotment of 2,50,000 shares of Rs 10/- each on
 Preferential Basis to the Promoters / Directors / Key Management
 Personnel of the company towards settlement of their dues of salary /
 unsecured loan.
