Kansal Fibres Limited is a new company incorporated in
 PUNJAB on 20th April, 1994 and obtained certificate of
 Commencemert of Business on 27th April, 1994. The company
 has its Regd. Office at 109, Mall Road, Ludhiana and Works
 at C-30, Focal Point, Phase II, Ludhiana.
 
 The Company proposes to set up a composite plant for
 combing, spinning and knitting of Woollen Garments at a
 cost of Rs. 800.00 Lacs.
 
 The Company has been registered with Department of
 Industrial Development Secretariat for Industrial Approvals
 Entrepreneurial Assistance Unit, Ministry of Industry Govt.
 of India vide their registeration No. 2244/SIA/IMO/94
 dated. 20/07/1994 for the above said project. The Company
 has also obtained a letter of intent from SIA, Govt. of
 India vide its letter No. LI:65:1995 dt.29.03.95 for
 manufacture of Woollen/Mohair/Polyester/Nylon/Acrylic & its
 blended knitwears, blankets & scarves.
 
 The Company has already installed and commissioned its
 Combing unit. The Company has also installed one
 Computerised knitting machine alongwith Indian flat
 machines.
