1984 - The company was incorporated in 1984 as Kamanwala Housing
 Development Finance Company by its visionary promoter Mr. M.L. Gupta
 along with associates Mr. Jaipal Jain and Mr. Atul Jain. Company's
 principal activity is the construction and sale residential houses
 and commercial buildings.
 
 1986 - The company came out with public issue through which Rs. 18 mn
 were raised and its shares got listed on BSE.
 
 1995 - Name of the company was changed to Kamanwala Housing
 Construction Ltd.
 
 2006 - Company had acquired the development rights of a commercial /
 residential property, of the area of 100,000 square feet at Andheri,
 Mumbai.
 
 - Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd. had bought a property in Mumbai
 and the deal is worth Rs 33.3 crore.
 
 2007 - Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd had decided to amalgamate
 its subsidiary Doongursee Diamond Tools with itself.
 
 -Company has changed its name from Kamanwala Industries Ltd.to
 Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd.                                  
      
                                                   
 2008 - On 22nd February 2008, members of the company had approved the
 amalgamation of Doongursee Diamond Tools with the company.
 
 - Members of the company had passed special resolution for
 commencement of new business activities under Section 149(2A) of the
 Companies Act, 1956.              
 
 
 - Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd has informed that the Board of
 Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2008, has
 appointed the following two Additional Directors of the Company:
 
 1. Mrs. Shobba Jain
 
 2. Mr. Sorabh Gupta.
 
 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
 
 
 2009
 
 - The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Re 1/- (10%)
 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for the Financial Year.
 
 
 2010
 
 - The Board of Directors have recommended a Dividend of Re. 1/- per
 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 10%) for the Financial Year.
