1991 - Kaleidoscope Films Ltd., a casting and forging company, was
 incorporated as Gujarat Incatel Telecommunication Ltd.
 
 2005 - Existing equity shares each of the face value of Rs 10 of the
 company were sub divided into ten equity shares of face value of Re 1
 each. 
 
 - 8th November 2005, was the record date for the sub division.   
 
 2006 - Members of the extraordinary general meeting had approved the
 change in the name of the company from Gujarat Incatel
 Telecommunications Ltd to Kaleidoscope Films Ltd.
 
 - The Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1
 
 2007
 
 -The Company has changed its name from Gujarat Incatel
 Telecommunications Ltd. to Kaleidoscope Films Ltd.       
 
 2012
 
 -The Company has changed its name from Kaleidoscope Films Ltd. to
 Divine Multimedia (India) Ltd.
