The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited Company
 in the name of Kadvani Investments Private Limited on April 29, 1992.
  The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a
 special resolution dated November 10, 1994.  Subsequently, the name
 of the Company was changed to KADVANI SECURITIES LIMITED and
 certificate of change of name was obtained from the Registrar of
 Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on December 7 th, 1994.
