 1982 - The company was incorporated on 21st October and was
 converted
        into a public limited company on 30th March 1984.  The
 company
        was set up with the object of manufacturing Twin Screw
 Extrudes
        complete with downstream equipment for PVC Pipes, profiles,
        section and garments in technical collaboration with M/s
        Battenfeld Extrusionstechnik GmbH, West Germany.
 
      - The company has entered into technical collaboration with M/s
        UNICOR  Rahn Plastmaschinen  GmbH, Germany, for the
 manufacture
        and marketing of  corrugators & lay flat machines for drip
        irrigation & allied extrusion equipments.
 
      - The company has also entered into the manufacture of
 gravimetric
        feeding saveomat systems in technical collaborations with
 Index
        Gmbh, Germany.
 
 2000 - Kabra Extrusiontechik signed a collaboration agreement with
        Battenfeld Extrusiontechnik Gmbh, Germany, for the
 manufacture
        of a wide range of extrusion machinery.
 
 
 2004
 
 -Voluntary delisting of equity shares from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
