The company was incorporated on 27th Dec 1980 as a Pvt Ltd. Co. The
 Company has been promoted by Shri Bhagwan Das Kabra, Shri Balkrishna
 Kabra & Shri. Venkatesh Kumar Kabra The main object of company is
 manufacturing edible & non edible oils from Soya beans & other oil
 seeds & oil cakes by solvent entraction process.
 The company has set up a plant for processing of Soyabeans with an
 installed capacity of 60 TPD. The plant is located in Pipariya
 District Hoshangabad, a district producing maximum Soyabeans in the
 State of Madhya Pradesh.  The plant had commenced production in
 August 1983.
