The Company was incorporated on 12th November, 1986 and obtained
 certificate of commencement of business from Registrar of Companies,
 Gujarat at Ahmedabad on 1st December, 1986.  The Company was
 incorporated with the main object to manufacture energy based
 products and water de-salnation plant.  Since the incorporation, the
 promoters has been engaged in identifying user-friendly appliances
 which can be introduced in the market for wide application.  In this
 process the company has found solution for easy production process so
 that maximum indiginization can be introduced in future applications. 
 Ultimately the Company has started commercial production of White Coal
 from February, 1993.
