The company  was incorporated on 5th March, 1986 as a Public Limited
 company in the State of Gujarat and obtained the certificate for
 commencement of business on 27th March 1986. The main objects of the
 company are fully set out in the Mamorandum of Association of the
 company. The company is promoted by Reliance Indus. Ltd.
 
 The company has acted as Advisor to a public issue of convertible
 Debentures. The company proposes to widen its scope of activities in
 are as such as Discounting of Bills, Acceptances of BIlls, Merchant
 Banking, syndication of leases, syndication of Loans, Lease and hire
 purchase, consumer Durable Financing etc. 
 
 The company also proposes to advise small/medium enterpreneurs on
 projects on trun-key basis. The company may in due course enter into
 business of venture capital to the extent that may be permitted.
