The company was incorporated on 26th June, 1980 at Bombay. 
 
 It was promoted by Sukhbirchand Jain, D.K Jain, J.K .Jain,
 Subhashchand Jain and A. K Jain.
 
 The company manufactures 20s viscose yarn, 2/36s grey
 polyester/viscose blended (48:52)  yarn and 2/36s dyed
 polyester/viscose blended (48:52) yarn.
 
 The factory is situated  at Plot No.C-l, MIDC Industrial Area P.O.
 Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
