 subscribers of the Company and those subscribing to the MTNL IPTV
 Service, will be able to Enjoy Several Premium Broadcasting Channels

 -Members of are hereby informed that the name of IOL Broadband
 Limited shall be changed to IOL Netcom Limited and the trading symbol
 of the Company be changed from IOLB to IOLN w.e.f. February 18, 2008.
 
 - Iol Netcom Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the
 Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008 has appointed Mr.
 Rahul Dubey as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
