Trimabk Industries Limited is a Public Limited Company.  It was
 incorported as a Private Limited Company on 7th September 1989, in
 the name of Trimbak Fibres Industries Private Limited.  The Company
 was taken over by Mr. V.K. Agrawal, Mr. Sudhir Agrawal & Mr. Vineet
 Agrawal who were appointed as Directors on 20/04/90, 22/01/90
 respectively.  The former Directors  resigned from the board as a
 result of the takeover.  The Company was later converted into a
 Public Limited Company in February 1992.  The name of the Company was
 changed from Trimbak Fibres Industries Limited to Trimbak Industries
 Limited and a fresh certificate of incorp[oration was issued by the
 'Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 20th May 1992.
 
 Since its incorporation as a Private Limited Company and latert on
 conversation into a Public Limited Compiany, the Company is mainly
 engaged in the export of Grey Yarn, Grey Cloth and other materials to
 South East Asian Countries namely Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand etc.
 
 2002-Trimbak Industries Ltd has informed  that Mr Vineet Agrawal has
 been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company w e f October
 01, 2002 and Mr V K Agrawal & Shri Sudhir Agrawal have ceased to be
 the whole time Directors of the Company designated as Chairman &
 Managing Director of the Company respectively.
