 Inland Printers Limited was incorporated on 3rd November 1978, with
 the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai as Inland Printers
 Pvt. Ltd. Subsequently by a special resolution dated 21st September,
 1993.
 
 Inland Printers Limited, has over the years specialised in the field
 of designing, typesetting, printing, binding and direct
 mailing/courier delivery of printed products.
 
 The Company has been promoted by Mr. P. A. Raman, Mr. R. Raman and
 Mr. R. Gopalakrishnan.
 
 1993 - The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and
 the
        Registrar of Companies has issued a fresh certificate of
        incorporation date 8th October, deleting the word `Private',
 from
        the name consequent upon such conversion.
 
      - The Company has handled large volume printing assignments for
        over 350 corporate clients.
 
 1994 - The Company proposes to import most of the equipment.  All
 the
        equipment manufactures have offered to install the equipment
 and
        impart the specialised technical know-how required to the
        experienced personnel of the company.
 
 1995 - The Company of Public Issue of 20,00,000 No. of Equity Shares
 of
        Rs. 10 Each for cash at a premium of Rs. 50 Per Equity Share
        aggregating Rs. 12,00,00,000.
 
 1996 - There is a delay in implementing the project to set up
 additional
        capacity from 540 million standard impressions per annum to
 1771
        million standard impressions per annum. 
 
 1999 - During the period under review, the company faced a lot of
        recessionary trends in the printing field thereby affecting
 sales
        and profitability.
 
      - The Company has an installed capacity of 1048 million
 standard
        impressions per annum.
