 demerger of Ashoka Hotel in

 - India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (ITDC) has informed that
 Shri. Rajiv Makin has been appointed Director (Commercial &
 Marketing) vide Ministry of Tourism letter dated October 17, 2008 on
 ITDCs Board with effect from October 17, 2008.

 - India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed that Shri
 Anand Kumar has been appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. July
 07, 2010 vide Ministry of Tourism Order dated July 07, 2010.
