The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on August 22, 1991 and obtained its Certificate of Commencement of Business on January 27, 1992 to set up manufacturing facilities for making dry dosa Batter and Potato masala mix. The Company issued Equity shares to the public on January 24, 1994 to part finance the project. The Company started commercial production of dehydrated batter on August 22, 1994. The Batter products include Dosa, Vada, Idli and other forms made out of pulses/cereals. The commercial production of potato flakes and related flake based products commenced on January 2, 1995. | |
