Company History - HMG Industries 
The Company was incorporated on 28th September, 1987, under the name &
 style of HMG Paper & Chemical Pvt. Ltd.  The company was converted
 into a Public Ltd.Company on 16th March 1989.  The name of the
 company was changed to HMG Industries Ltd. on 27th November, 1989.
 
 The Company took over as going concern all the assets at fair market
 value as assessed by Govt. approved valuers of the following
 companies belonging to the group.
 
 The company manufacture's all kind of paper, packing material &
 chemicals.
