 1951 - The Company was incorporated on 17th August, at Guwahati
 (Assam).
        The company took over the running automobile business of M/s.
        Himatsingka Motor Works, Guwahati, with all its assets and
        liabilities, rights, privileges, contracts and properties,
 
      - The main object of the company is dealing in and repairing
        automobile motor cars and other vehicles including two
 wheelers    
        and hire purchase business.
 
 1983 - All shares taken up by promoters, directors, etc.
 
 1984 - 2,03,000 No. of equity shares issued at par of which 53,000 
        shares were reserved and allotted to promoters, directors,
 etc.
        The balance 1,50,000 shares were offered for public
 subscription
        during December.  (All were taken up).
 
 1989 - During April-May, the company offered 2,45,000 rights equity 
        shares of Rs. 10 each in prop. 1:1 (only 96,850 shares taken
 up).
        1,48,150 shares were otherwise allotted.
 
 1992 - Due to the set back in the field of light and medium
 automobiles
        in general in the Country, the sale of the products dealt with
 by
        the company was also affected and as a result the dealership
        operation had to be suspended and hence the company
 registered
        drop in sales compared to previous year.
 
 1994 - Sales continued to decline due to the set back in the field
 of
        automobile spare parts in general.
 
      - 4,90,000 rights equity shares issued in proportion 1:1.
