The company was incorporated on 23.08.91 as Lesha Steels Limited under
 the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Gujarat.  The company proposes
 to set up a unit to manufacture different grades of low carbon alloy
 steels.  The company has obtained the certificate of commencement of
 business on 24.06.92 from the office of the Registrar of Companies,
 Gujarat.
 
 The company is promoted by A C Shah, a technocrat and entrepreneur
 who has a rich experience in industry, business & finance and Dipak C
 Shah, a businessman engaged in trading and consultancy business.

 Resources Ltd.
