 Under the Companies Act,1956 as a Public Limited Company. The company
 has obtained the certificate of commencement of buiness on August
 24,1993. 
 The company proposes to set up a unit for the processing of shrimps
 under Freeze Drying Process at Changodar in Sananand Taluk of
 Ahmedabad district with an installed capacity of 80 MTPA (output). 
 The company has been promoted by Mr.Jayesh Patel, Mr.Yogesh Naik and
 Mr.Navnit Patel.
