 -The Company was incorporated on 29th October.  The main objective of
 the company is to manufacture cut and polished granite tiles and
 slabs.
 
 -The company undertook to set up a 100% Export Oriented Unit for the
 manufacture of 75,000 sq.mt. per annum of granite tiles and 14,000
 sq.mt. per annum of granite slabs.  Land admeasuring 5 acres was
 acquired from Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board at Hoskote
 Industrial Estate in Bangalore.
 
 1995
 
 -Though, sales doubled, the working of the Company was badly affected
 due to the teething problems, machinery break down, severe power
 restriction imposed by the KEB and unfavourable market conditions.
