The company was incorporated on 24th July 1987 in Madras. It
 manufactures house hold appliances and rubber products like pressure
 cooker, pressure pans in stainless steel and aluminium, water filter,
 geysers etc.
 
 The products are marketed under Brand names 'Butterfly'. The
 promoters have floated this company to set up the first medium scale
 unit in their group.
 
 The company has to set up a project at Pudupakkam village on the
 Vandalur kelambakkam Road in Chengai MGR District, Tamilnadu state
 for the manufacture of stainless steel, pressure cookers, pressure
 pans & vacuum flasks.
