The company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company
 on 7th April, 1988 with the Registrar of Companies,
 Maharashtra at Bombay. The Company was originally promoted
 by Mr. Dhyanes Kotak and Mrs. Parul D Kotak. The original
 promoters have resigned from the Board of the Company
 w.e.f. 11/08/94. On 2/3/95, Mr.Hasmukh N. Zaveri joined the
 Board and is in overall control of the affairs of the
 Company. The Company has changed its status to Public
 Limited Company on 6th February 1995 by passing a Special
 Resolution to the said effect and obtained Fresh
 Certificate of Incorporation dated 23th August 1995.
 
 PRESENT BUSINESS
 
 The Company is engaged in various fund based activities
 like Bills Discounting, Inter Corporate Deposit, Hire
 Purchase, Investment, and Consultancy. It is undertaking
 investment activities both in the Primary as well as
 Secondary Markets.
