Femnor Mineral (India) Limited was incorporated on 16th April, 1992 as
 a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of
 Tamilnadu and registered with Registrar of Companies Tamilnadu at
 Madras to set up a project for mining and processing of Iron Ore,
 Manganese Ore, Quartz, Limestone and Dolomite to cater to both the
 Indian and Export market.  The Certificate of Commencement of
 Business was obtained on 1st May, 1992.  
 
 The main objects of the Company are fully set out in the Memorandum
 and Articles of Association in this Prospectus.  The immediate object
 of the company is to develop its mines for large scale and scientific 
 exploitation as the estimated reserves are huge, and also to set up
 processing plants for minerals in the respective mine sites located
 in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Goa.  The company has envisaged a
 project with a cost outlay of Rs.650 Lacs for developing the various
 mines and exploting the mineral reserves in a scientific and
 economically viable manner.
