 1975 - Asia Threads Limited has been incorporated as a Limited
 Company vide certificate 
             of incorporation on 11th July 1975 of 1993 dated 13th May
 1993 in the State of Maharastra
             at Bombay. The company received its certificate of
 Commencement of business on31st
             May 1933.
 
          - The Company was incorporated with the object of
 manufacturing and selling man made 
             and natural yarns.  The Company had not commenced any
 commercial operations till
             may 1995. The company has started commercial operations
 since May 1995.
 
 1995 - The Company entered into an Agreement of sale with Indo Euro
 Industries Limited (IEIL)
              an unlisted company. on 30th January,  by which the
 company will acquire the entire
              Fixed Assets of IEIL including Land, Building, Plant &
 Machineries and other Miscellaneous
              Fixed Assets situated at village Amli, Vapi-Silvassa
 Road, Silvassa at a consideration 
              of Rs. 325 lacs.
 
 1997 - The Company has entered into agreement to purchase land in
 Silvassa. 
 
 1998 - On 30th July,  Asia Polytex (India) Limited, a Company under
 the same management 
              became a subsidiary of the Company.
 
 2000 - The Company has signed tripartite agreement with NSDL & CDSL.
 
           - The Company changed its name from Asia Threads Limited to
 Ex-Comm Trade 
             Technologies Limited.  
 
 2012
 
 -Company has changed its name from Ez-Comm Trade Technologies Ltd. to
 Centerac Technologies Ltd.
