         EVENTS                
 1987 - The Company was incorporated on 4th March, as a private
 limited company under the
              name of Tamilnadu Drugs and Pharmaceutical Export Pvt.
 Ltd.
 
 1993 - The name of the company  was changed to Hulta Export Pvt. Ltd
 effective 17th November.
              Subsequently it was converted into a public limited
 company and the name changed to Hulta  Pharmaceutical Export Ltd.
   
           - The range of products include formulations of life saving
 drugs, antibacterials, antihypertensives,
              nasaids, antibiotics, sulpha drugs, antidiaoherial,
 multi vitamins etc.
 
           - The Company exports its entire product to its customers
 in U.K., Germany, CIS, Nigeria,
              Cyprus and other countries.  The quality control and
 quality assurance facilities adopted by
              the company are in confirmity to WHO manufacturing
 practice (GMP) norms with SOP and SOMs
              adhered to.
 
 2007
 
 - Company name has been changed from HULTA PHARMACEUTICAL EXPROT LTD
 to EPSOM PROPERTIES LTD.
 
 2008
 
 -The Company designated the Email ID of the grievance redressal
 division / compliance officer exclusively for the purpose of
 registering complaints by investors is as under:
