 on 5th October, 1993, and was converted into a Public Limited Company
 vide a Special Resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting
 held on 
 24th October, 1994, and evidenced by the Certificate of Change of
 Name dated 15th November, 1994, issued by the Registrar of Companies,
 Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior.
 
 The company is promoted by Shri Dinanath Agrawal. Shri Dinanath
 Agrawal resigned from the Board on 22/03/94 and subsequently Shri
 Sanjay Agrawal and Shri Manoj Agrawal, promoters of Indo Zinc Ltd.,
 an established Company manufacturing zinc joined the Company on
 15.03.94.
 
 The present business of the company is making investments and
 providing consultancy services.
