The Company was incorporated on 6th February 1986 under the  name of
 Elcon Finance & Leasing Ltd.  The name of the Company was then
 changed  to Elcon Finlease & Industries Ltd. on 12th March  1992.  
 
 The  main objects of the company is to undertake the business  of
 leasing finance & trading, hire purchase and to finance all lease
 operations.  The Company has diversified towards Hotel  business. 
 Company  has  invested  Rs.25 lakhs in Royale  Manor  Hotels  and
 Industries  Ltd. Five Star Hotel project at  Ahmedabad,  Gujarat. 
 Presently the company is engaged in the activities of leasing and
 hire-purchase particularly vechicles.
