Eggro Paper Moulds Limited, having its registered office at 2nd floor, Surajdeep, 1, Jopling Road, Lucknow, was incorporated as a Limited Company on 7th August, 1984, under the Companies Act, 1956. The certificate of commencement of business issued on 24th Nov. 1984. The company was promoted by Mr. Kaushal Kishore Srivastava, Mr. N.K. Srivastava and Mrs. Veena Srivastava. Initially the company availed financial assistance jointly from PICUP and UPFC for setting up a project to manufacture paper with an installed capacity of 3300 MT per annum at A.5, Sector-14, Industrial Area,Jagdisnpur Distt. Suttanpur, U.P. The company was also provided equity participation assistance by way of 15% fledeemahe Cummulative Preference Share of Rs. 4.00 lakhs by U.P. State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. The aforesaid project of the company was successfully commissioned and the company started Its commercial production w.e.f. 1st September 1986. In the year 1989-90, the company introduced Agricultural Pulping in the process for producing beffer variety of paper and expanded the capacIty of the unit to 4500 MT per annum. Having achieved a sales turnover of Rs. 392.11 lakhs in the very first year of its expanded operations, the company went on to set up a second unit in the year 1990-91 for manufacturing lower grammage MG variety of paper with an installed capacity of 5000 MT/annum at C-32 & 33, Sector-20, Industrial Area, Jagdishpur Distt. Sultanpur. This project was also financed by PICUP and UPFC and the unit was commissioned in the year 1992. The company also revalued its fixed assets based on a certIficate dated 1.4.91 of a Chartered Engineer viz Er. Shakti Vardhan, Approved Valuer, resulting in CapItal reserve of Rs. 169.40 Iakhs during the year ended 31.03.92. The company has undertaken successive expansions within a short span of time and presently it is operating at 90% of the total expanded capacity of 9500 MT per annum. The sales turnover of the company has also increased from Rs. 392.11 lakhs in 1990 to Rs. 1213.60 lakhs in 1994, thus registering an increase of 209.50% over a period of 5 years. The company 5 also been always regular in the payment of institutional dues. | |
