The Company received Certificate of Incorporation on 20th November,
 1991 and Certificate of Commencement of business on 18th December,
 1991 from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay. The
 promoters of the Company were engaged in the business of supply of
 anaerobic waste water treatment plants for distilleries through M/s.
 Chemical Consultants and Engineers, a partnership firm engaged in
 technical consultancy for distilleries. The present Company was
 incorporated to carry on the business of the partnership firm and to
 enlarge the operations.
 
 The Company is promoted by Mr.Ashok Vike Patil, a Graduate in
 Microbiology and also M.B.A. in Material Managements & Production
 Planning and Control both from Pune University.
 
 The other promoters of the Company are Mr.V.S.Raju and Mr.Arun
 B.Narula, Mr.V.S.Raju, B.A.(Chem), A.N.S.(Sugar Tech.) F.S.T.A.is a
 technocrat and has over two decades of experience in Sugar, Alcohol
 and Fertiliser Industry.
 
 Mr.Arun B.Narula is a Mechnical Engineer from Banaras Hindu
 University having an experience of over a decade in designing and
 setting up various chemical industries in the small scale sector.
