The company was incorporated on October 23, 1986 and received the
 certificate for commencement of business on November 28, 1986 from
 the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana.
 
 The company set up facilities in 1988 for manufacture of 900 tonnes
 per annum of Co-extruded Multi Layer (Max. 5 layers) Films.  The
 plant was put up with the assistance of Haryana Financial Corporation
 and Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. at village
 Panchor, Distt. Revari, Haryana, a Centrally Declared 'B' Category
 Backward Area.  The major plant and machinery was imported from West
 Germany.  The Company went into commercial production of January, 15,
 1989.
 
 According to the company's annual report for 1996-97, the Board has
 proposd to diversify and a project for manufacturing Metallised
 polyester/BOPP/polyethylene/paper film is coming up. The company
 claims this sort of facility is built for the first time in India.
