Design Auto System Ltd. was incorporated as a Pvt. Ltd. on 4th May,
 1987 and was converted into a public limited company on 3rd
 September, 1993.  The company has obtained the fresh certificate of
 incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, by passing special
 resolution at its EGM held on 16.08.1993 from ROC Madhya Pradesh at
 Gwalior on 3rd September, 1993.  The Company has set a project as a
 SSI unit for manufacture of Automobile Electrical components,
 Ignition Coil (Epoxy) at a capacity of 1,80,000 P.A.
 
 The company has a good demand for its products and has got national
 marketing network of over 300 dealer spread all over the country. 
 The company is a reputed supplier of quality Automobile components to
 Bajaj Auto Limited, LML Limited, Maharashtra Scooters Ltd, Enfield
 (India) Limited etc.  The orders from these Original Equipment
 Manufacturers (OEMs) are on a continous basis.  Copies of current
 orders are available under the heading 'Documents'.  The Company has
 obtained acknowledgement from SIA, Government of India, New Delhi,
 vide letter dated 
 4th February, 1994 as the company will not bee SSI unit after the
 proposeed expansion & moderenisation.
 
 Main Objects of the Company
 The main objects of the Company as set forth in the Memorandum of
 Association of the Company include the following :
 
 a) To carry on the business of manufacturers, importers, exporters,
 traders of Automobile Components, Electricals Accessories,
 pre-fabricated systems and products of Civil and Automobile utility.
 
 b) To carry on the business of manufactures traders, stockists,
 Distributors, Importers, Exporters, sale Agencies, Suppliers of
 fabrication material, auto castings parts, switches, Electrical
 appliances Meters, Magnets points, Auto Horn, Coils, Horn Assemblies,
 Starters, Meters, Plugs and other electrical items of Automobile
 applications.

 -The Company has signed an agreement with NSDL and CDSL for
 dematerialisation.
