 Sahalawas Distt. Rewari (Haryana) in accordance with the Joint sector
 agreement with HSIDC Limited. on 11.3.88.
 
 The company was promoted by Coventry Spring  & Engg. Company Limited
 which is an existing profit making company producing high quality
 leaf spring, heavy duty coil springs , stabilizer bars, spring,
 washers, axle brakes assembly etc for railways , defence, automobile,
 and wagon Industry.  Telco, Hindustan	Motors, Premier Automobiles,
 Bajaj Tempo, Escorts, Indian
 Railways , etc. are customers of the parent company Coventry Spring &
 Engineering Co. Ltd
 
 The company imports highly sophisticated and state of the art 
 equipment from Japan , USA, Germany, Switzerland & Italy.
 
 The Company is well located to cater the needs of Automobiles ,
 Electronic and Electrical Industries of  Northern India.  Many of its
 major prospective customers like Maruti Udyog Limited., Escorts
 Limited., Hero Honda, Eicher Tractors Limited., etc are situated
