 1998 - The Company maintained a Cordial relationship with its
 employees
        which resulted in smooth flow of business operations during
 the
        period under review.
 
 1999 - The company has approved the allotment of 80,00,000 equity
 shares
        of Rs.10/- each at par pursuant to  conversion of equity
 share
        warrants allotted on preferential basis.
 
 2000 - The Company has entered into an agreement with NSDL and CDSL
 and
        appointed Maheshwari Datamatics Pvt. Ltd.
 
 2003
 
 -Ties up with Bowe Systec of Germany for technology that helps CMS
 mail out billing or transaction statements to its clients' clients
 
 2009
 
 -Company has changed its name from CMS Infotech Ltd. to CMS Finvest
 Ltd.
