Cethar Industries Limited (CIL) was incorporated on the 3rd July 1990
 as a public limited company and obtained ifs certificate of
 commencement of business on the 14th July, 1992. 
 
 The project implementation was delayed by six months due to delay in
 completion of public issue. The project was completed in June 1996 as
 against the projection of December 1995 and commercial production
 commenced from July 1996.

 2007
 - The Company has entered into a licensing agreement with RILEY Power
 Inc for Pulverized Coal Fired sub-critical pressure boiler

 - The Company has certified as BS EN ISO 9001
