              19th June.
 2002-Central Provinces Railway Company Ltd has informed  that Mr
 Jigyasa V Singhi Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the
 Company has resigned from the services of the Company.
 
 -Company has issued of 9,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at par
 to be offered on Rights basis to the shareholders in the ratio of
