Camlin Fine Chemicals Limited was originally incorporated on 30th
 November 1993 under the
 Companies Act, 1956 in the name of Camlicon Consultants Private
 Limited. The name of the
 Company was thereafter changed to Camlin Fine Chemicals Private
 Limited w.e.f. 1st June 2006.
 Thereafter the status of the Company was changed to public limited
 company w.e.f. 11th August
 2006 with the name being Camlin Fine Chemicals Limited.
 
 The main object of the Company was altered w.e.f. 26th April 2006 to
 enable the Company to pursue business in Fine Chemicals. The Main
 Objects are set out hereunder:
 
 To research, develop improve, process, manufacture, import, export
 and deal in all kinds of
 chemicals including Fine chemicals and intermediates, bulk drugs and
 ingredients, food adhesives
 food supplements, anti-oxidants active pharmaceutical ingredients
 organic chemicals acids alkalies
 and other preparations formulations compounds and ingredients.
 
 2009
 
 - Camlin Fine Chemicals Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors
 of the Company at its meeting held on January 08, 2009, has appointed
 Mr. Bhargav Patel as an Additional Director.
 
 2010
 -Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd Issues Rights in the Ratio of 3:5
 
 2011
 
 -Company has changed its name from Camlin Fine Chemicals Ltd. to
 Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd.

 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2.
