 July, 1992.  The Company Started its operations by investment and
 trading in Shares and Debentures. The Company has been promoted by
 M/s. Bharat Bhushan & Co., (BBC), through its partners.

 Brokers Ltd to Bharat Bhushan Share & Commodity Brokers Ltd

 - Bharat Bhushan Share & Commodity Brokers Ltd has appointed Shri
