 of office is due to expire on 31.05.2007 and 06.06.2007 respectively,
 have been re-appointed as Managing Directors with effect from
 18.01.2007 for a period of 5 years i.e., 17.01.2012 at the Meeting of
 the Board of Directors of the Company held on 18.01.2007.
