The Company was incorporated as a Public limited Company on 27th
 October  1994 and obtained Certificate of commencement of business on
 2nd December, 1994.  The main object of the Company is to act as
 Merchant Bankers & Stock Brokers.  The Company is a Category III
 Merchant Banker registered with SEBI vide Registration No.INM
 200000147 dated 02.02.95.  The Company is acting as Advisors,
 Underwriters & Consultants to Companies coming out with Public/
 Rights Issues. The Company has so far been associated with 4 Public
 Issues and 3 Rights Issues in the capacity as Advisors and has given
 underwriting support to 6 Public Issues till date.
