 -The company approves issue of shares.

 -Members at the extraordinary general meeting of the company had
 authorized its board of directors to offer, issue and allot equity
 shares to the extent of Rs 50 lakh on a private and preferential
 basis.

 -On 5th September 2006, company had adopted annual accounts and
 reports of the company for the year ended 31st March 2006.   
 
 - Mr. Manohar R Tambat and Dr. Ramnik K Baxi, were re-appointed as

 -The Company has recommended payment of dividend @ 10% on Equity
