BCC Finance Ltd. was incorporated on 8th July, 1993 as a Public
 Limited Company under the name and style of BCC Housing Finance and
 Leasing Limited and obtained a Certificate of Commencement of
 Business on 28th July, 1993 subsequently the Name has been changed to
 BCC FINANCE
 LIMITED and the certificate to that effect was obtained from ROC,
 Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior on 13th December, 1994. The registered office
 is at Chamber No.R/4 Vastlya Chambers, 31, Sneh Nagar, Indore M.P.
 
 PRESENT BUSINESS
 
 The Company presently engaged in the business of bills discounting,
 Investment and Trading in Shares and Securities.  Total income for
 the accounting year ended on 31.3.1995 was Rs.24.21 lacs. 
 
 The Company now plans to expand and diversify its business activities
 to suit the changed business environment of the Country's Economy
 after the liberalisation with the faster growth and development of
 Trade and Industry. The role of Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs)
 is increasing day by day as these NBFCs are providing finance faster
 and
 rendering personalised prompt services. Further, with the economic
 liberalisation the avenues for finance and financial services are
 increasing tremendously.

 The Company does not have any Subsidiary within the meaning of
