The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in
 the name of M/s. Hindustan Soya Limited on 7/1/1993 in the
 State of Madhya Pradesh having its registered office at
 Survey.No. 95-99, Village Tharoad, Mhow-Neemach road,
 Tehsil Malhar Garh, Dist.  Mandsaur (M.P.). The Company
 obtained certificate of commencement of business on
 12-10-1993 & its name was subsequently changed to HINDUSTAN
 CONTINENTAL LIMITED on 29/11/94 & obtained the fresh
 certificate from Registrar of companies, Gwalior (M.P.).
 The Company has not commenced any activity since
 incorporation except implementation of this project. The
 Company intends to set up a solvent extraction plant with
 crushing capacity of 350 MT per day in terms of Soya Seed
 and a refinery of 50 MT per day at village Tharoad, Tehsil
 Malhargarh, Dist. Mandsaur, M.P. which is notified category
 'B' backward area eligible for Tax and Subsidy benefits,
 declared by the State Government.

 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From A-01, Ground
 Floor, Kalyan Bhavan, Plot No. 406, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400069 TO
 Shop No. 8, Crystal Court Building, Near Powai Police Station,
 Chandivali, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400072.

 -Company has changed its name from  Hindustan Continental Ltd. to
 Azure Exim Services Ltd.
